1. How does the heated jacket work?

Our jackets use advanced carbon-fiber heating elements placed strategically throughout the core areas of your body. With the press of a button, the heat spreads evenly and stays consistent, keeping you warm even in harsh winter conditions.


2. Does the jacket come with a battery?

The jacket does not include a battery by default. We offer compatible, high-performance battery packs separately so you can choose the size and power level that fits your needs.


3. What type of battery do I need?

Our heated jackets are compatible with our 7.4V USB-C rechargeable battery packs, designed specifically for safe, long-lasting warmth. Using a non-approved battery is not recommended, as it may affect heat performance or safety.


4. How long does the battery last?

Depending on your heat setting, you can expect anywhere from 3–9 hours of continuous warmth. Higher heat = stronger output, while lower heat = longer battery life.


5. Does the sizing run true to size?

Our jackets tend to run slightly small due to the fitted, insulated design. For the most comfortable experience — especially if you like layering — we strongly recommend ordering 1–2 sizes up.


6. Is the jacket water-resistant?

Yes! Our heated jackets feature a durable, water-resistant outer shell that protects you from light rain, snow, and winter moisture while keeping the heat locked in.


7. Is it safe to wear during snow or rain?

Absolutely. The heating elements and battery pouch are fully insulated and safe for cold, damp weather. Just avoid fully submerging the jacket in water.


8. How do I wash the jacket?

It’s easy:

 1. Remove the battery

 2. Place the jacket in a laundry bag.

 3. Machine wash on gentle, cold cycle.

 4. Hang dry only.
Do not tumble dry or iron.


9. Can I use my own power bank?

We recommend using our certified Summit battery packs for optimal performance and safety. Many standard power banks do not provide the correct voltage for heated elements.


10. What is your return & exchange policy?

11. Do you offer warranty protection?

Yes — every heated jacket comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in zippers, heating elements, stitching, and electronics.

13. How long does shipping take?

Average delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on demand and your location. During peak winter season and holiday sales, please allow slightly longer.

15. Is the heat temperature adjustable?

Yes — you can switch between Low, Medium, and High settings to customize your warmth level based on the weather or your activity.

Absolutely. The heating zones are powerful enough to cut through layers and maintain consistent warmth whether you wear a t-shirt or a hoodie underneath.


17. Where are the heating zones located?

Our heated jackets feature multiple heat panels, typically placed in the chest, back, and sometimes the collar area to keep your core insulated from every angle.


18. Can this help with cold-related stiffness or discomfort?

Many customers report relief from cold-related tension, stiffness, or discomfort thanks to the consistent warmth — though this is not a medical device.


19. Can I wear the jacket indoors?

Yes! Many customers wear their jackets indoors on low heat to stay cozy without turning up their home thermostat.
